Planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Visiting Hours
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

At Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg, the multi-disciplinary team includes an independent physician, a nurse practitioner and a Medical Director on staff to attend to our residents. They are available to answer any questions you may have related to the care of your loved one.

Physician Services
Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness of Spartanburg has partnered with local hospital systems to ensure continuity of care. These independent physicians also utilize nurse practitioners so when they are not here, they have licensed and certified advanced practice nurses at the facility to ensure that trained eyes are available and ready to assist in making informed healthcare decisions.

Our Dietary Department works closely with the Dietitian to provide balanced, nutritional and delicious meals for our residents. We offer a variety of food choices to our residents.
