Visitation
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other patients when planning their visits, so to avoid disturbances.
Admissions
Planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness of Spartanburg has partnered with local hospital systems to ensure continuity of care. These independent physicians also utilize nurse practitioners so when they are not here, they have licensed and certified advanced practice nurses at the facility to ensure that trained eyes are available and ready to assist in making informed healthcare decisions.

Our Dietary Department works closely with the Dietitian to provide balanced, nutritional and delicious meals for our residents. We offer a variety of food choices to our residents. Because Holidays are also special time for residents, we strive to create positive memories with our holiday meals and events.
At Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg our Activities Department offers a wide variety of group and individual activities to help our residents engage in active socialization.
